Here at V-Cloud Kft. “kt. a.” (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) we respect your privacy, and we are committed to processing personal data of our users/customers in a secure and manner in line with our legal obligations.

This Policy explains how we will use any personal data that we may collect about you when you use our website www.techtellent.io (hereinafter the “Website”).

1. What data we collect

Our Privacy Policy governs the use and storage of your personal data. You can see our Privacy Policy on the website, which detail our processing.

The company is the Controller of the personal data you (data subject) provide us. We may collect the following types of personal data from you within the following website:

  • a name and surname;
  • a home address;
  • contact details such as your email address and phone number;
  • working experience and educational background;
  • data that identifies you such as your IP address, login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types, geolocation information about where you might be, operating system and version;
  • data on how you use the website such as your URL clickstreams (the path you take through the website), goods/services viewed, page response times, download errors, how long you stay on webpages, what you do on those pages, how often, and other actions.

We collect your personal data to:

– evaluate your personal and professional traits in the contractor engagement context for a particular position, to help us facilitate your professional growth;

– communicate with you via respective means of communication about matters on contractual relationship;

– keep the website running;

– improve the website;

– for customer support.

We will not sell or provide your data to any third party where you have not provided your consent to do so. All other data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.

We collect data when you interact with its website, especially when:

– we’re calling you;

– you receive emails from us;

– you chat with our customer’s support.

4. What we do with it

Your personal data is processed by a company, located in Hungary. Hosting and storage of your data takes place within the European Economic Area (EEA), but our current organizational and administrative structure requires to transfer some part of your data to non-EEA countries (Ukraine, etc.) and this data will be processed by the Company’s Research and Development Department. The employees and contractors of the Company’s Research and Development department are bound by the respective agreements, Company’s internal policies and Information Security Policy. Any such transfer of data will only be in connection with the services that we provide, and we will ensure that the data is protected to a level, which meets the requirements of EU law.

By providing your data to us you agree to this transfer taking place.

No third party providers have access to your data, unless specifically required by law, there is a legitimate interest, where you have consented with us to do so, or in order to fulfil our services to you.

5. How long we keep it

As a Data Controller, we are committed to the data minimization principle, hence we collect, keep, and process only Personal Data we need to fulfill the purposes defined in this Policy.

We store and process your Personal Data until we do not need it for any of the purposes defined in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, including for the purpose of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, or any other lawful purposes.

In the case of most independent contractor data, it is retained for the duration of your contractual relationship with the company and for a particular period of time established under applicable laws and regulations with regard to the storage of such data after that relationship terminates.

When we collect and process your Personal data on the basis of your consent, we will keep your Personal Data during a period specified in the consent or until the withdrawal of the consent. If the purpose for which we have processed the data is fulfilled, we will delete your data even if you do not withdraw the consent.

When we collect and process your Personal data on the basis of a contract, the time period for the retention of data is the entire period of the validity of the contract, including warranty or any other time periods arising from the concluded contract, unless we have a legal obligation for further storage of such data.

You have the right to access to any data that we hold relating to you. Requests must be made in writing and proof of identification is required to protect your data and to ensure it is not disclosed to unauthorized parties.

1. Purpose and Scope

V-Cloud Kft. “kt. a.” (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), strives to comply with applicable laws and regulations related to Personal Data protection in countries where the Company operates. This Policy sets forth the basic principles by which the Company processes your personal data, and indicates the responsibilities while processing personal data.

The Company does not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children under 16 years of age.

The Company acknowledges and understands that you are aware of and care about your own personal privacy interests, and the Company takes that seriously. This Privacy Policy describes the policies and practices with regard to the collection and use of your personal data and sets forth your privacy rights. The Company recognizes that data privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and, therefore, the Company will from time to time update this Privacy Policy and its privacy practice as the Company undertakes new personal data practices or adopt new privacy policies.

  • Details: managing your requests, login and authentication, remembering your settings, hosting and back-end infrastructure.

9. Your rights

In the context of the right to access information the Company shall provide you with the information within one month of your request unless there is a justified requirement to provide such information faster.

We have security and organizational measures and procedures to secure the data collected and stored. We have security policies and data processing agreements with all our employees and contractors who are obliged to follow and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures. We have internal Information Security Policy.

Connections to the Website are encrypted.

We use servers that comply with strict international data security standards.

You acknowledge that no perfect security infrastructure exists, no data transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure, and there may be some security risks.

You are responsible for your login information and password. You shall keep them confidential.

The personal data collected by the Company is processed at the Company’s offices. The Company is international and can have foreign branches and departments.

13. Transfer of your personal data

We may transfer your Personal Data to countries outside the EU and EEA (Ukraine, etc.) that are not determined to offer an adequate level of data protection on the basis of article 45 of GDPR (adequacy decision) with appropriate safeguards as determined under the GDPR.

We only transfer your personal data to third parties within the requirements under the GDPR. Where possible, we always enter into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with them and treat personal data transfer seriously. Where our contractor has an appropriate data processing agreement in place, we may adjoin such a data processing agreement. If so, we may regulate the transfer of Personal Data to such a contractor by means of this data processing agreement.

For transfers to countries that do not fall under requirements of Article 45 of the GDPR on the adequacy of the level of protection, we may transfer your personal data to third countries outside the EU and the EEA, including the onward transfers of the personal data from the third countries to other third countries, under Article 46 of the GDPR with the appropriate safeguards, including the SCC.

We disclose your personal data to countries outside the EU and the EEA in compliance with our internal international transfer procedure in order to adduce adequate safeguards with respect to the protection of privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms of natural and legal persons.

We put supplementary technical and organizational measures in place when transferring data outside the EU and the EEA, e.g., prior assessment of the service supplier’s reliability and personal data protection practices, encryption of the transferred personal data, prompt reacting to any threats to confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data, conducting transfer impact assessments (TIA) when necessary, etc.
